About Us

Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

At Vision & Vine Consulting, we believe that the strength of any organization—whether a nonprofit, business, or community institution—lies in its core values and its ability to stay anchored in a clear, compelling vision.

Our story didn’t begin in a typical corporate setting. It was born in the spaces where mission meets operations, initially within parishes and diocesan offices, where we helped purpose-driven organizations bridge the gap between faith, function, and practical execution. As our work evolved, so did our reach. Today, we bring that same values-based, results-driven approach to property management and business consulting across diverse industries.

Our Story

We specialize in helping property owners, management companies, and mission-led organizations streamline operations, optimize resources, and implement sustainable systems that align with their long-term goals. Whether you’re navigating growth, restructuring, encountering compliance challenges, or simply seeking to improve the way your properties or teams are managed, we’re here to guide the process with clarity and purpose.

What sets us apart is our ability to blend strategic insight with operational expertise—cutting through red tape, removing inefficiencies, and designing practical solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client. We don’t just offer advice, we walk alongside you to implement lasting change.

At Vision & Vine, we’re not just consultants. We’re partners in progress!

Steve Belloise

Founder & CEO

With over three decades of leadership in religious and nonprofit administration, Steve Belloise brings a legacy of transformative stewardship and mission-driven innovation.

Steve began his career with the Archdiocese of New York, serving for nine years as Business Manager and Project Consultant for the Building Commission. It was there he developed a deep understanding of how to integrate strategic planning with the stewardship of sacred spaces.

In 2003, he was appointed Executive Director of the Office of Property Management Administration for the Archdiocese of Newark, where he has led with vision, discipline, and faith. Under his leadership, annual parish-generated real estate income grew from $4 million to over $45 million—helping parishes across the Archdiocese achieve fiscal solvency and expand their ministries.

Steve has overseen hundreds of construction and capital improvement projects, always ensuring alignment with Archdiocesan policy and compliance with both state and canon law. His guidance has been instrumental in major projects including the rebuilding of Blessed Sacrament Church in Franklin Lakes, the restoration of the worship space at Ss. Joseph & Michael in Union City, and the comprehensive restoration, interior and exterior, of the Cathedral Basilica of the Sacred Heart.

During his tenure at The Archdiocese of Newark, Steve served as Chair of the Archdiocesan Patrimony Commission in 2005, a position to which he was re-appointed by Cardinal Tobin.  In recognition of his service to the church and dedication to the care of holy places, in 2017 Archbishop Myers elevated Steve to Knight Commander of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem.

In addition to his property and financial leadership, Steve has organized more than 25 fundraising events, raising over $50,000 annually for mission-aligned initiatives. Among them was the launch of Mercy House, where his efforts secured the capital and facilities necessary to begin this vital outreach to families in need across northern New Jersey.

Today, as Founder and CEO, Steve continues to champion projects that strengthen the mission of the Church, ensuring that every space serves its sacred purpose and every decision reflects both stewardship and service.
